At Spec's, if you sell your used CD's they take 20% off of the value of the CD. I went to Spec's today and sold two CD's and should have gotten about 6.00 or 7.00 for both of them, but ended up with just 5.40 They just pulled this new thing out of nowhere. They said they just added it this year. Screw the "new thing", taking advantage of people's used CD's. Is Spec's in trouble financially?
