Songs are copyrighted and there aren't a lot to choose from because there are some that aren't cleared or won't be. This is why some contestants have done songs that have been done previously. |

I want Carrie to branch out a little.. her part in the group song showed how awesome she sounds with things other than country. I don't want her to think that she HAS to sing a country song or else she's selling out and not being who she is, because she can always make the song country.
