I thought it was Kimmy Gibbler. She wore the most ugliest clothes. The colors and patterns never matched. Andrea Barber who played Kimmy told People magazine that she hated the clothes she had to wear on the show.

Kimmy & Jesse. I mean the guy ALWAYS wore leather. Joey could be a pretty terrible dresser too. I thought that Danny dressed nice.

Kimmy! Remember in the episode "back to school blues" (where DJ goes to Jr. High) Did u see Kimmy's outfit. She tried to show off!
