Hi everyone. Newby here. I have seen more and more of what psychics can do in criminal investigations lately, and it has revived my wish to contact the investigators of a certain case. I believe it was in California, the victim was 5 years old (I think) and her first name was Victoria. I believe her last name was De Santiago. Her younger sister witnessed the abduction and could only tell investigators that a man grabbed Victoria and took off with her in a lime green car. The investigators sought the assistance of psychic Kaye Raye. Kaye Raye gave very good clues and Victoria's body was found. Kaye Raye also worked with a forensic artist to draw a picture of the perpetrator. That picture could have passed as a black and white photograph of a man I was working with at the time. Mind you this was 2000 miles away from the crime scene, but this man had told me that he moved here from California and had showed me a picture of the lime green car that he had out there. Back then I called the ph. number given after the story and left a message but no one called me back. Can anyone help me contact Kaye Raye or the detectives on that case?

Sorry I don't really remember the case. But why don't you try and call the police station where the abduction took place. They'll be able to help you out there. And if not then they can send you in the right direction.
So do you really think you know who the abducter is? Boy is that scary. Are you nervous or anything around him? Does he act like a killer? |
