Karyn Parsons strange guest apperance on "Blossom" - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I watched this episode yesterday and Karyn Parsons(Hilary) is on Blossom inside the ambulance truck being attended to by one of Blossom's brothers. During this episode she never says who she is so you basically never hear the name hilary. So I don't know whether to call that a crossover or not. Her apperance made no sense. It was like she was on Blossom with no real explanation as to why. Will Smith also appeared on Blossom but not as his Fresh Prince Character just as Himself.
