256 colors? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I'm trying to run this program and is asking me to switch to 256 colors. I read the help manual from Windows but what I'm doing is not working. The last time I did this was too long ago to remember the other way around it. Can anyone help? Please and thank you

Now it tells me that I need a Quicktime version of 2.03 or later and I have the most current.

I figured it out! It installed Apple Quicktime' on the computer in order to view it..and it worked!It's a cd rom Lucie Arnaz made about her parents Lucy and Desi; made in '96 or '97
