Why does the bagger at my grocery store wear a helmet? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I'm serious. He wears a helmet all the time. He looks like he's in his 30s, is of slight build which makes him look like a jockey. Not to sound mean, but he doesn't seem like he's 100% either. He never works the register....just bags groceries.

I'm thinking that perhaps he has seizures, so it's for his protection. Any other possibilities?

I don't know that. The store does have a delivery service, but they deliver by vans.

No, he could be like skitzo and think one of his personalities is a professional bike rider...or have an unnatural fear of earthquakes...who knows.

Maybe he doesn't bag the groceries very well and the helmet is protection from dissatisfied old ladies who wack him on the head with frozen French bread.
