Default Saw

Has anyone seen this movie? Wow.....that was one of the best horror/suspense movies I've seen in my life. I just got done watching it, and I'm still trying to figure out what the hell I just saw. I love that in a movie...where it leaves you all the clues and you have to figure out how it all fits together. I won't reveal any plot details, but the ending was just brilliant. It made so much sense. If you're into horror/suspense flicks and are sick of hyped of movies that don't deliver (ie. The Village), you've gotta see this one.

I actually just watched it tonight too, and I must say this was a movie I watched and it didn't turn out how I expected. It was hard to read into everything. I did think it was more suspense than horror though. I liked how everything tied together, and that it wasn't predictable.

Yea, the suspense was definitely more prevalent, but the horror parts were great. I watched "The Village" last night, and compared to my expectations of it, it was awful. The horror parts weren't scary and the it just left a bad taste with me after seeing it. "Saw" has everything that a movie needs, and then some. The thing I was disappointed with was I thought that the mastermind was the one looking at them in the room, because as soon as I saw him the first time, I was like "That's the killer." But the ending totally exceded my expectations and turned that around. I loved every part of it.

I felt the same way about the village.

And the same way about the guy watching them. I thought for sure it was him. But after finding out it wasn't, thinking about it, I should have known he was just part of the "game". Nice twist at the end, I liked it!

It was really a good movie with a couple of nice twists. I do recommend this movie. If you liked Seven, I think you'll like Saw.

I liked it, but had a hard time watching it because of the gore. I saw half of it through my fingers.
