I'm gonna say Justine Bateman, because, in my opinion, she is one of the most gorgeous women I have seen in a sitcom. She was beautiful in the the early seasons of family ties.

Julia Louis Dreyfus (Seinfeld)

Sure, the others were funny, and cute. But they wouldn't be at the top of my list for most beautiful sitcom actresses.

Elizabeth Montgomery was very pretty on her show.
Whereas I think Julia Louis Dreyfus got much more attractive since the series has ended, although she was pretty on the show as well.
