.........he let Fred Smoot get away. What the hell is this man thinking? The Redskins are going to be losers next year again. That's taking away a lot on the defensive side. Smoot signed with the Vikings.

I'm not ready to call it quits just yet. Even though that was a huge mistake made by the Redskins, I think they can still be a good team.

Yeah, but Smoot was a very important ingredient. Now, we don't have a corner except for Shawn Springs.

And I agree, Smoot was a shutdown type cornerback, and he's going to be sorely missed on defense. Hopefully Walt Harris can step up and make plays for us so he can be our other cornerback.
