This beef was won by Ice T in my opinion. I don't know how it started but Ice T dissed him on I'm Your Pusher song when he was trying to sell some dude a LL tape & the dude said naw naw man i don't want that, you can keep that hahahahahahahahahahaha. Then Ice T dissed him again on The Syndicate song. LL dissed him back on To Da Break Of Dawn song. There's a article in the new issue of rap magazine XXL where Ice T talks about his Power album. He says the reason why he dissed LL is because he felt that LL was making songs for the ladies & rappers aren't supposed to make songs for the ladies. He said whenever a woman likes a rap song, somethin is wrong cause rap songs are for the streets. Ice T surprisingly said that he didn't respect NWA back in the day cause they also had clean albums so the radio could play their songs & the kids could buy it. Ice T said his music wasn't for the kids & he said he wasn't cleaning up his songs so the radio could play his music. I got mad respect for Ice T cause he's been real since day one. Only thing i'm surprised about him is that he plays a cop on Law & Order tv show because he's dissed the police in the past on the song Cop Killer that he did with his heavy metal group Body Count.
He has a skit on his Home Invasion album called Question & Answer where he says this goes out to all the rappers that started out hardcore & are now making wack ass dance music cause they couldn't stay down with the hardcore. So he says question. What happens when a rapper can't sell enough albums to stay hardcore. Answer, he goes pop. I just got a question for you pop rappers. How does it feel to wake up in the morning & look in the mirror & realize your a f**kin ho hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. |

Ice T was the man back in the day. I ddin't know he said that about NWA. I knew he said that about L.L. Rap is for the streets, It ain't suppose to be no baby making music what L.L. done turned out to be. It is safe to say Ice T's rap career has been over.
