Actually Shawn Christian got his big break in 1994 when he landed the role of Mike Kasnoff on As the World Turns. He left the show in 1997 and the role was not even recast until 2002 with current portrayer Mark Collier, I guess ATWT thought he might return someday because he did a very brief stint on One Life to Live in 2002.

I miss him as Mike. The new one is a bit dull.

I guess you learn something new everyday, i only remember his stint on OLTL as the hunky rayburn.
