Here's a full spoiler for tonight. And based on Scott's performance, it's pretty true. So get ready....

Quote:
just got back from the Dress Rehearsal for the Men. Quick run-down:

1. Scott - "Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch" - An uptempo song from Scott, and he does a good job with it. Off a note or two in his upper register, but brings a nice soulful quality to it otherwise. And he even moves a little bit. Best performance by him so far.

2. Bo - "I'll Be" - Bo nails another one! Smooth, passionate, & powerful. One thing that's amazing about this guy is that he doesn't need to "get into" the song. From the first note, it's all there. Awesome job!

3. Anthony - [Sorry I don't know this one] - Uptemp choice from Anthony, too. Can't really fault it, as it seemed well-sung and note-perfect. Maybe because I'm not familiar with the song, I couldn't really connect with it. Could see him getting a "just all right" from the judges.

4. Nikko - "Georgia on My Mind" - The hat is back (at least for the beginning of the song). Hate to say, but he was off-key for the first 3/4ths of the song, until he kicked it into high gear for a big finish. Maybe he'll do it better on the live show. Otherwise... meh.

5. Travis - "Every Little Step" (Bobby Brown) - And Travis does a lot of steppin'. Pretty much a replay of his performance last week. Lots of slick moves, but doesn't have the vocal chops of most of these guys. May be in trouble.

6. Mario - "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart" - A little "pitchy" at parts, but he really delivers on it, imo. Totally different from Ruben's version, so this one may divide listeners (as Mario seems to anyway). But it was a good change from the uptempo stuff he's been doing. Shows range & versatility (which he needed to do at this point). Also, he was NOT wearing a hat.

7. Constantine - "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" - Where do I begin? It was just a mess: out-of-tune, sloppily performed, low energy. The worst one by a long shot. If he can't pull off a better performance tonight, his fan base is going to be working overtime to get him into the Top 12.

8. Anwar - "What a Wonderful World" - Starts off kinda wobbly, but really kicks it into high gear about halfway through. Verges on "over-singing" to me, but was pretty impressive nevertheless. With singing last plus his big finish, I'd say he's a shoo-in for the finals.

This was someone's else from IDF.

I liked Scott's better than his other 2, his dance moves were hilarious.
Bo was good again, but I'm not that fond of him, he's def. talented though.
Anthony had a very interesting song choice, but I think he did it very well, vocally. Did Simon say "you've got as much flair as a polar bear"??? or did I hear wrong?

Oh yeah and he dissed "Grease" again.

Alrighty... I LOVED tonight's episode.

Scott: o...m...g... if he doesn't get voted off on Wednesday, I think I'm going to cry. He needs to go. Like NOW.

Bo: Now, I've never liked him because of course I think he's Constantine's biggest competition...but tonight, for the first time, I thought he was great. I love his song so much...I always have. And he sang it SO well.

Anthony: Okay, I was a little scared when the first few notes of his song came on because I knew what song it would be haha but HOLY **** SON. HE WAS AMAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZIIING! That is by FAR the best performance he's done so far. I'm voting crazy amounts for him tonight.

Nikko - Ooooh boy so classy and so good. He has an amazing voice, but I think he needs to show off his personality more.

Travis - Mmmm well.. I love him a whole lot, but I sincerely think he needs to go too. I mean tonight's performance showcased his dancing abilities a ton more than his singing abilities. I'll miss him, but really, he's not nearly up to par with the other guys.

Mario - When he first started this song I was like oh no, Mario's not dancing and singing an upbeat song, but WOW this boy can sing. I loved it.

Constantine - ....uh. Okay as you all know he's my favorite but.. is it just me or was that RIDICULOUSLY out of tune? And Randy said it was in tune!! Am I deaf? Someone please help me and tell me what you think because I cannot believe how anyone could find that performance in tune. And it's a shame because it was a good song and I think he could have performed it a ton better. Of course I'm still voting for him as usual tonight because I want him in the top 12.

Anwar - When he first started singing the song, I was like oh boy, this is gonna be so corny. It's so typical of Anwar to sing the nice, pure, songs that make you go awwww. But WHOA it was so much more than that. Especially the ending. And lmao I totally agree with what Simon said about the puppies. Anwar has this type of John Stevens-ish personality that just always makes me go awwww. Haha.

But really, I don't know what I'll do if Scott makes top 12. That would be ridiculous and I hope he doesn't because without him, the top 12 (well as far as the guys at least) will be highly competitive and the best that American Idol has had so far.

Wow. Tonight was GREAT. Anwar really impressed me, as did Mario. Both were awesome. I think Anthony did better since he wasn't so boring. Bo did his best so far, IMO. I was dissapointed in Travis' performance vocally, but I hope he doesn't get voted off. I also liked Nikko. Constantine was.. erm, not pleasant. But then again, I don't like him. The boy needs to wash/comb his hair once in a while. Dear God. O_O Scott did good, but he just doesn't thrill me.

K. I <3 Mario and Anwar.

Yeah I think he's probably going to end up going. I liked him... kinda.... but he's been just average the past 3 weeks.

Yup, I liked it too!

I totally agree. He has such a great voice, but he seems .... just that. Imagine if he had the personality of Mario, he would be that much better.

Yeah, I originally wanted him in the top 12, but like Scott, he's just been average these past three weeks.

Yeah, I thought he did a great job, as usual. Not his absolute best, but still good.

Yeah, I thought it was out of tune. I was surprised Randy and Paula were so into it.

Yeah, he really blew me away. And he's really genuine too. It'll allow him to go far.

And aaaah. the lines are dead busy for me.

Simon was saying he found it odd for Anthony to be doing a Latin type song. He said Anthony was about as Latin as a polar bear!

This is the first time I've actually heard Constantine sing because every week my boyfriend calls during AI. Anyway, I thought the performance was weak and his voice isn't as good as the other guys. If Randy and Paula thought this was one of Constantine's best performances, how bad were his other ones?

The other weakest performance was Travis.

I don't think Scott should go home. He has a very good voice.

Nikko sings very well, but I don't want him to make it because he already has a rich & famous father.

My favorite is Anwar.
