Default After season 1

I have to admit I like season 1. May be because I was so young and I can remember Friday nights sitting in front of the tv....

Some people have said that the show picked up after season 1.So what episodes from seasons 2 and 3 are really good? I think I hated every episode after the men permed their hair.

I don't know names of episodes. I like the one where Cindy is getting picked on by a bully. I like the one about Greg smoking. The one where Cindy has a secret admirer. Marcia's first day of high school.

Seasons 3 and 4 carried episodes which were among my favorites. Seasons 1 and 2 and the first half of 5 were alright with me as well, but in terms of episode quality, i give the nod to seasons 3 and 4. I ve always felt Maureen McCormick did some superb acting on Marcias first day of high school. That episode was funny.

I wasn't born until 9 years after the show was cancelled, but from reruns I thought it got better in season 2.

Season 1 to me is a bit dull, IMO. I really LOVE Bobby in the first season- he's just so cute! Then I like Jan a lot in the 2nd season because it has a lot of those famous episodes focused around her. (like the wig one)

I can't wait until season 2 comes out on DVD.

See, I'm the opposite, I thought the first was fantastic. Then the series hit it's peak in the 2nd season and started going downhill from there.

I love all seasons but I think the first was my favorite season. The stories were so heartwarming, and Bobby and Cindy were in their "cute" stages yet.

I really don't have an opinion as to which was the best season and which was the worst season. IMHO I think what sets the first season apart from the rest is that the "blended family" was really the focal point of that entire season, with virtually all of the plots centered around the adjustments, chaos, conflicts and joys that arise from that situation. In subsequent seasons you hardly thought of the Bradys as a "blended family", and the situations were pretty much everyday family issues. In fact there were extremely few references during subsequent seasons (aside from the theme song) that hinted at the combined families , the most notable came from the mentions of Mike and Carol being married for only a couple of years (which would usually catch the occasional guest star off guard).
