How do you think this season is going to lay out

What are your predictions for the rest of the season. NOT BASED ON YOUR FAVORITES.

My honest prediction

1. Carrie Underwood - she's someone that everyone can like, and her voice can sustain her.

2. Anthony Fedorov - the clay/anthony comparison does get annoying, but i think his powerful voice can bring him far.

3. Mario Vazquez - he has star quality, and was my original pick for #1, but to do that, he needs to have more powerful performances.

4. Nadia Turner - she's the diva.. and if any diva makes it far in the competition.. the farthest they'll get is 4th, because the whole diva thing is old already, but she's a strong contendor.

5. Mikalah Gordon - her personality will last her very long in the competition, and along with that, she delivers special performances, despite not having a powerful voice.

6. Bo Bice - He brings memorable performances, but I can't see him going that far.

7. Anwar Robinson - without a doubt, a great vocalist, however, he might be too calculated and too perfect, like LaToya London of last year.

8. Nikko Smith - he's the darkhorse of AI.. but his personality might hold him back a bit. And plus, he's very old-fashioned.

9. Constantine Maroulis - he has a strong fanbase, but so did Camile and Jon Peter, and look how far they got. he's not as strong as Bo.

10. Jessica Sierra - she has a good voice, but she's not memorable when compared with the others.

11. Lindsey Cardinale - i love love love lindsey, but something worries me with her, because she hasn't been outstanding these past 2 weeks. hopefully she can prove me wrong

12. Vonzell Solomon - she's very forgettable, and doesn't seem to have a fanbase, but I think it'll be too shocking if she doesn't make the top 12.

Out this week -
*Amanda Avila - she seems very staged and a little too vegas-show-girl for this competition.
*Janay Castine - unless she can hope for a miracle, she's out.

*Travis Tucker - he's mediocre at best
*Scott Savol - with everyone else, there seems to be no room for him

Hmm good reasoning.

It's hard because.... Nikko seems to me like the darkhorse, as well, but the guys have already established strong fanbases, so it's hard to tell where he'll land.

David, if Lindsey leaves when you said she will, that'll be the third year in a row where my favorite gets 10th.

2. Anthony Fedorov- see carrie
3. Mario Vazquez- he has an ok voice and a big fanbase but i just can't see him winning, or even getting to the Top 2 for that matter
4. Mikilah Gordon- ok voice, big fanbase, but definitley wont get further than this
5. Nadia Turner- she doesnt have a huge fanbase but she has a pretty good voice
6. Bo Bice- he has a really good voice and does great performances but not enough people like him to get him too far
7. Constentine Maroulis- like JPL and many others, huge fanbase, probably the biggest this season, but a huge huge fanbase doesnt always get you all that far. i'll be surprised if he gets past here
8. Nikko Smith- not a huge fan base, and an ok voice
9. Anwar Robinson- see nikko
10. Lindsay Cardinale- she has an ok voice but i can't see her making it too far
11. Vonzell Solomon- Vonzell's performances arent great, i doubt she'll go far
12. Jessica Sierra- she doesnt have a big fanbase. She'll probably make it to the Top 12, but won't go far in it.

Scott, Travis, Janay, and Amanda will all probably be out this week. I'll be very very very surpised if they make it to the Top 12, especially Janay.

I <3 Lindsey though (look at the sig), but I don't know.. there are a lot of people who I don't like that will probably make it farther than I want them to (Bo, Nadia, Nikko) which screws over my favorites, which is why Lindsey, Jessica, Mikalah, and Anwar aren't as high as I want them to be.

After reading message boards on idolonfox, it seems as many people "hate" Mikalah as love her. She wouldn't get enough votes to win this thing because too many are against her.

Likewise, with Constantine, the fans seem to run either hot or cold toward him.

Okay, so my predictions for the top 12 and the order they'll leave.

12. Jessica Sierra: Great voice, but she doesn't seem to have too big of a fanbase...yet at least.

11. Nikko Smith: Same as Jessica.

10. Nadia Turner: Good voice but ehh idk.

9. Bo Bice: I dunno, he's original and all but I really don't see him getting too far. And I feel like Constantine has a lot more fans, and as Simon said, more charisma than Bo. Then again... this spot could also go to Travis Tucker. He's a great performer and all buuuuuuut his voice isn't that special.

7. Mikalah Gordon: She has a huge fanbase but I don't know if she's the type of singer that can be consistent every week soooo...

6. Lindsey Cardinale: She has a great voice but yeah I dunno. lol its actually really hard to me to come up with reasoning for my choices.

5. Anthony Federov: Yeah, he sounds like Clay, but...I doubt there will be an American Idol that sounds just like a previous successful idol contestant. - shrug -

4. Constantine Maroulis: Thinking optimistically with this one lol, but he has a really big fanbase, but I feel like his will take him far even if at times he doesn't deserve to stay on (kinda like John Stevens I guess).

3. Vonzell Solomon: I really do love her voice. And I know that's kinda odd coming from me, because I was against the whole diva thing last year (especially LaToya) but I think Vonzell could really go far in this competition.

2. Carrie Underwood: She's the innocent, pretty girl from the farm with an outstanding voice. Does that scream American Idol or what? haha

1. Mario Vazquez: I think this year it could be a Carrie/Mario showdown, but Mario will win for a few reasons. He's a great performer, he looks like an American Idol, he's a good dresser, and he can actually sing. He has a very likeable personality and I really do think he will win it this year! At least I hope so!
