On Monday they start the series over again from episode 1. Did they run the entire series this last time? I don't remember seeing a lot of episodes.

I think they did. They didn't air the Christmas episode until Christmas though. But that's reasonable.

I saw The Gunslinger and the last chapter so yeah they played it all.

Yes, they will play all episodes, except the Christmas episode, but sometimes they do it out of order, so if it matters to you, watch the schedule.
