Guys,
The standouts are: In "54-40 And Fight!" The Checker Trading Stamps janitor! (Brady experts will note that this is the same actor who gives Marcia her drivers-ed road test in "The Driver's Seat." The guy does the greatest Jimmy Stewart impression I have ever seen! I know someone that does a great job mocking him! I LOVE how they build on the quote: "Everything counts when you're building a house!" LOL! And the guy sounds so tired he can barely walk to open the door! and he goes: "Ohhhhhh yeaaaaa, yea.....I know, you won because everything counts when you're building a house and you won because it was Tiger's fault. Whatever that means." In "Lights Out", Warren, the little geeky kid with that accordian!!! His solo goes on and on. First, he can't get his accordian out of its case! Than, he keeps playing the same notes over and over again. The teachers are sitting there rolling there eyes like...."Hey kid, let's go already!" Warren just keeps going with that stupid stare on his face! Than he can't find the curtain when he's finally done! I crack up every time I see that scene! Jack |

My all-time favorite minor character was Rachel, Greg's date for two disastrous trips to the drive-in movies, especially when she had to put up with tagalong Bobby. Their exchanges are a virtual goldmine:
Bobby: "Having fun, Rachel?" Rachel: "We're having a BALL!" Bobby: "See, I told Greg you wouldn't mind if I came along!". Bobby: "How about you, Rachel? It's real good... pepperoni and ONION!!!" Bobby: "You don't know what you're missing!" Greg (exasperated): "We KNOW what we're MISSING!" Bobby: "It might rain... you wouldn't want sweetie-pie to get wet, would you?" And then there's the second date, with the box full of frogs (the look on Rachel's face when the frog plops on her head is priceless!). |

Those were all good.
Marcia Wallace also played two parts, one a teacher in the Davy Jones episode. I liked her when she was a clerk in a wig store and Jan said "I'd like something crazy, like yours" and she said "That's my own hair".
