For Milano, "Charmed" has been more than just playing a part. "I started the show when I was 24. I am 32 now. I think we have all envolved as human beings, we have all grown up," says the actress about herself and co-stars Holly Marie Combs and Rose McGowan. "Your 20's are spent sort of trying to figure out who you are and what you believe in, and your 30's are about sort of basking in that revelation -- and I think the characters sort of have done the same thing.
