Default I wonder if there will be any promos during the week

Does it cost NBC money to promote thier own show on thier own network? I don't get it. It would seem they would want to promote all of their shows. Especially the ones that don't get watched as much as others. Isn't that the point of the promos, to promote something. A whole lot of people already watch Law and Order. Viewers already know it is out there. Why do we need to see it every commercial break? (OK maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit) But doesn't it make sense to give more attention to something that needs more attention. I think we should let each other know if we see any promos during the week.

I don't watch NBC at all except maybe Law and Order SVU and American Dreams so I won't know if they show commercials for AD because I don't watch NBC at all except for the two shows I listed here.Mel

I totally agree Dreamswatcher, and I watch several shows on NBC. In fact I was just complaining to my husband that I thought it was odd that they hadn't shown any promos for AD yet and it was starting up again on the 9th. I personally feel that is one of the causes of the shows lower ratings. A lot of people I talk to have never heard of the show. I'll let you know if I see any promos aired. Hopefully they'll start showing some soon.

I do say that is probably one of the problems why the show has low ratings.Mel

Check out the NBC AD site; they used to have the promos on the video feature. They obviously don't have one for AD's move to Wednesdays, or for the new episode, because it's not linked.

What a shabby way to treat such an amazing show.

I remember when AD was on the 1st season they promoted it alot and then it seemed to stop slowly and before you knew it there was nothing about the show. If I didn't read this site I wouldn't know that it moved to Wednesdays. It is a shame that such a great show goes unoticed as it does.

Thumbs up I saw one!

Tonight I saw a commercial for the show for the first time. It showed Meg giving a graduation speech and something with JJ and astronauts. It also had Paris Hilton in it. I was glad to finally see one and hope that they show many more!!!!

I missed it, but generally Paris Hilton seems to draw a lot of attention, maybe it will help! Got to think optimistically.

Good to hear. I saw that Brittany Snow was on Conan O'Brien last night. I'm sure that was to promote "The Pacifier", but they probably talked about "AD", too. I taped it, it's on too late for me!

Brittney Snow was on Today show and she was asked about the new time slot and she said she hopes this will give AD the audience they need, and that the true fans will tune in on Wednesdays nights.
