Default The Bedroom Debate continues!

This morning's episode(Vint and the kids move in) made reference to 3 bedrooms upstairs. Mama's, Fran's and Eunice and Ellen's(Fran's studio) in which Sonia moves into. In a later episode Sonia states that her room is microscopic. Well, you know how teenage girls are! They do tend to exaggerate. So according to this episode there ARE 3 bedrooms upstairs!
So this brings up another question. When Iola stayed there after running away from home why didn't Mama put her in there? Also when The Bone Crushers and the people who rented rooms there during homecoming week had no other place to sleep other than Bubba's room or Mama's room? What happened to the other bedroom? Maybe she was using the room for something else?
Case in point. In my house my son's old bedroom is very very small and I have turned it into my computer room. And my fourth bedroom downstairs is now a storeroom.Ok I'm done!

Your right on that. Eunice and Ellen shared a room and Vint had his own room and Mama and Carl had a room.

When Vint and the kids moved in Aunt Fran said she meaning Sonja can't have my studio it is so tiny and I need it for my writings.

Buzz was supposed to have a room in the atic, but the episode when Mama's birthday I think it was he birthday and Buzz helped Mama clean the attic, when they were cleaning the attic, there did not look like a place where Buzz had a bed at.

Wonder why they decided to get rid of the extra bedroom for in the Syndication for? Did they think no one would have noticed the missing bedroom?

Another question. Whose room was Buzz in when he was getting ready for the homecoming dance? That certainly wasn't the attic!

It was at least twice...Bubba moved in and you saw him putting up posters...and I believe Mama's cousin Lynda slept in there in one episode...

You know as much mistakes we find about shows maybe some of us on this sitcoms message baord can make our own tv sitcom mistake free, lol.

Since we the viewers seem to know alot about tv sitcoms wouldn't be a bad idea if some of us on this message board got together and made a tv sitcom.

If we get together and sell enough sitcom tapes to other willing to buy we can put that money together and start out own production company. Doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Any way back to the bedrooms. The episode where Bubba is in the bedroom putting up Twisted Sister posters, is right after Aunt Fran died and Mama said some to this effect if I am wrong someone coreect me on it, she said good lord what would Aunt Fran think of this pictures she probably be rolling over in her grave, I traded one Twisted Sister for another and surely don't need that and made Bubba take them down, which he put back up.

So Bubba took Aunt Frans room.

Don't forget "Bedtime for Bubba", where all the characters are in his room---except Bubba, lol (the one where Mama thinks he and Toni are havin' sex, lol).

They also showed Bubba's room in the episode where's tThere's Smoke when Bonita Rokeke, escaped from the Juvenile Hall where Bubba was at and she climbed in the window and and told Bubba nice Boxers and he hid her in his closet and she kept screaming she is hungry and wanted Bubba to get him food.

Because when the show left NBC and entered syndication, the budget was trimmed and the producers began cutting corners. As a result, the number of bedrooms declined from four to three.

People make too much over Buzz's room in the attick. Hell why couldn't HALF of the attick be fixed up like a bedroom?

My friend's house was like that, only it was in his basement, half of the basement was like a regular basement with regular basement stuff, then there was a door leading to the other half which was a little den where he watched TV.

And they forgot about the 3rd bedroom in the syndicated episodes b/c they knew it'd be funnier to keep Vint and Naomi in the basement. My thoery is, the 3rd bedroom did not exist in the syndicated episodes b/c if you notice Mama's house was a lot smaller, if you notice the big window in the livingroom is gone, so the bedroom was prolly over that, lol

My thoeries are either A) the syndicated episodes took place in a different universe and are unconnected to the NBC episodes, OR the room was just used for a storage room.
