Default The New Guy?

Where does everyone see this story line going? Does anyone thing Grant will be a recurring character and J.T. start to see Shelly falling for him and then J. T. will realize Shelly is the 'the one'? Since the season is almost over, I can see this as the hook for next year.

I'm surprised Shelly kissed him cause she doesn't have anything in common with him. She cracked me up when she told Janie & Rita that he was a square & she drew a square hahahahahahahahahaha.

Yeah I think that's gonna happen too. When this season first started I thought Shelly and JT would have gotten back together within the first three episodes, but I'm surprised they've stayed apart for practically the whole season. I'm sure there is a reunion for these two around the corner. I'm glad that this season didn't revolve around them like last season because I think this season is funnier. I'm not saying that I'm against them getting back together, I'm just glad the show proves it's not completely based on the JT/Shelly romance.

Anyway about the new guy, he's alright. I guess it's good Shelly's dating someone different, but like you said evefan he's most likely only gonna serve the purpose of getting JT and Shelly back together, so I'm not gonna get use to him or anything.

The guy who was playing this part is/was on ER. Right now, his character is in Iraq but I don't know if they will be bringing him back as a full time character. His character came back last week to bring a girl who had been hurt to the Chicago hospital for help. I guess on EVE, they could refer to her being with him without actually showing the character. Had the epsiode not ending with them kissing, I wouldn't think his character would return. I always thought I could be a writer for soap operas. LOL.

I like the fact that Shelly and J.T are just friends now. He probably one in a string of boyfriends she'll have. Personally I thought Bumper could have made a interesting recurring character until they turned him bi-sexual!
