Y'all like Slyvester Stallone better In Rocky or Rambo? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

To me, these movies were his best work ever. But I liked the him better in Rocky only because the First Blood series, I only saw the original.....many times. The Rocky series, I saw many times up until part 4.

After watching Rambo on Sunday, I have to say that I prefer him in Rocky by far. Rocky is more inspirational and has substance and quality. Rambo just has an ex-commando blowing stuff up and beating up people.

I liked Rambo II and III and Rocky IV.
Now Stallone is going to be on the reality show 'The Contender'; anyone cares to watch?

I find the Rocky Balboa character inspirational and easier to relate to as compared to the troubled John Rambo character.

Another good Sly flick worth checking out is Cop Land ('97) which he co-stars with Harvey Keitel, Ray Liotta and Robert De Niro.

The Original Rocky was the best movie he was ever in so I'll pick Rocky even though I like both series.
