I'm glad that Jamie Foxx won for playing the role of Ray Charles but I noticed in this year's Oscar presentation as Oprah walked down the red carpet with Quincy Jones they mentioned that there was alot of Ray Charles life that was left out of the movie. Alot of "Bad" stuff.... What could it have been?

Does anyone know? I know about the heroin..... What could have been so bad? Orgies?

I never saw Ray but I do know that Ray was deeply involved in drugs and he was basicly a "man whore" but I don't know how much of that they show in the movie

In the movie, they showed that he had one child outside his marriage. In his bio, it states he had 12 children with at least five or six women.

I must admit that I was surprised that he was a dope fiend! He sure did get in alot of stuff for a blind man!
