They caught him or do they have a suspect in mind? That's what I heard. I could be wrong. Hmm?

The Barbs - Sounds like they caught him. His name is Dennis Rader.

However, I occasionally wrote to the show to offer ideas for potential UM stories, and my suggestions included the BTK strangler. But that suggestion obviously remained just that--a suggestion. |

I think that is really neat that you took the time to write to UM suggesting stories. Did they even give you the dignity of a form letter or other correspondence saying "thank you" for your suggestions? Just curious, -J |

My aunt and uncle live in Wichita. My aunt, by marriage, said her aunt and uncle bought the home of Vicki Wegerle, one of BTK's victims, shortly after the murder took place. At the time it was only rumored that BTK did it. He just took credit for the murder last year.
My aunt said her aunt and uncle got a heck of a deal on the house. I'm pretty frugal myself, but I don't think I could live there, no matter how inexpensive. She spent holidays and weekends in that house. She said it was pretty creepy. |

I was super excited when I saw they had arrested somebody. The BTK Killer is scary because he got away with it for so long right under the cops' noses. Eeee!!
