Default The Last couple Episodes

Weird shows. Disappointing there was only 3 shows after laura and steve finally "fell in love" and got married. that one show with carl explaining laura to his friend was just pointless. sure it was interesting to see the past times between laura, stephen, steve but it was worthless.

the space episodes lol, they were decent but pretty bad to have as the FINAL shows, i understand the show was axed but i was extremely disappointed. Im watching them on UPN (showing hte lsat season) and they just showed the space episode, part 1. disappointing...

dont really think we got a good goodbye from anyone. hope we get a reunion show or movie soon..

The finale was never meant to be a true show-ender. If it had been, the plot would have defintely been different.

They should have gotten married in the final and had the whole cast in it including the original Harriet.

Maybe so, if they had known that it was it. As I understand it, the final show was taped as a season finale, not a series finale.

I didn't like the space episodes as a series ender, but since they were originally supposed to be the season ender, I think they were okay.

I have to admit though, I didn't like the idea of Steve and Laura getting together...but I guess that's for another topic.

Was Steve and Laura's wedding supposed to be a season premiere for the 10th season?

I think it probably would have been. I get the impression that a 10th Season of Family Matters would have been very similar to the final Season of Boy Meets World. It probably would have had Steve and Laura living together in an Apartment and it would have had a lot of storylines revolving around the Newlyweds. While meanwhile back at home it would have showed Carl and Harriet's adventures as the Middle Aged Long Married couple. I'm guessing Eddie probably wouldn't be on as much. But I wonder since Steve and Laura Moved out they would make an effort to show 3J and Richie on a regular basis instead of just every now and then.

I wonder what the season 10 finale would have been, maybe Laura and Steve would have a child?
