Its in the episode where ladkas split personality takes over and this time he becomes alex, at the end where ladka and alex are at the psychiatrist and ladka is still in the alex personality, and ladka is telling the doctor all alexes problems and alex is like omg hes pooring out my heart here and ladka as alex starts to say and u know i found the solution to all my problems and i feel like a million bucks and alex is so tuned into what ladka is saying about alexes life u can see that alex is thinking omg he is abbout to give me the answer to solve all my lifes problems and just before ladka gives the answer he turns back into himself and alex is like no no no u have to give me the answer. wow that was so funny i almost died laughing poor alex always the helper never the helpee. Classic ladka moment.

I wasn't a big fan of Latka's split personality, but yes, that was pretty funny.

There's a similar moment in The Office where the great salesman Vikram starts to tell Michael off, and he says "Michael, if you want to succeed...." And Michael just slams the car door shut without learning the secret.
