"Sacred" (2/23/05) Episode Discussion - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Well, what did you think?

Sometimes these episodes about Clark's destiny and the whole Dr. Swann/Jor-el/magic rock plotline leves me a bit confused. I know it's going to lead to something, but now that they've got Lana involved with that whole evil Isabelle thing, I'm starting to think that this is not going to make any sense when this is resolved. I would love to be a fly on the wall at the story wirters meetings, just so I could have some idea as to how this will turn out!

But, that's not to say the epsisode wasn't entertaining.
And as usual, there were plenty of interesting plot twists that will keep me guessing.
Like for instance - if Clark is supposed to be "destined" to find these sacred kryptonian stones, how come the major clue he found was guraded with a kryptonite booby trap? I'm glad Clark and Martha picked up on this little irony. Maybe he'll finally see that Jor-el is still jerking him around.

Also, what's the deal with this evil witch Isabelle? Can she just take over Lana's body when she feels like it? Or does she only appear during a sweeps week?

I Loved "Sacred". I Think it was my favorite episode this season, The most exciting at least.

Didn't like it, I hate Lana-centric episodes. I guess they confused SV with "Hidden Tiger, Crouching Dragon"
