What was the deal with Shelley Fabares hair on the reunion special? She looked like something out of "Mad Max!!!!"

It wasn't that many years ago, 8 to be exact, when Coach went off the air. Shelley was a hottie on that show especially when she straighten her hair and got rid of that light socket hair. My god that punk rock hair style with those bizarre colors was inappropriate for her. She looked horrible and I know she had some health challenges in recent years. Hello that hair.

I could be wrong on this but i think she is either in treatment or recovering from some kind of liver disorder. Maybe that has something to do with it.
