Default A Story about a Stupid Man in the city of Philadelphia

This man who is 40ish, volunteered to shovel snow out of the Eagles Stadium before a Eagles Game in January. And the idiot goes to shovel snow WITHOUT GLOVES for 24 hours and got frostbite and now he will lose all his fingers. Now he wants the Eagles to pay his medical bills.LOL He is a complete MORON. I do not feel sorry for this clown at all. He is not normal enough to know his hands are num during his shoveling? He was also in danger of losing his nose.

I would assume that the man was either drunk or on something.

In my opinion, being an ass does not make other people responsible for your behavior. But, the Eagles people have to recognize that for anyone you let into your building you hold some responsibility. Did they not notice he was a moron or wasted?

If you slip inside the stadium during a game and get injured, you can sue the team, so when this guy volunteered, the Eagles should have said no thanks.
Man, just buck up and clean your own stadium. I feel no sympathy for either party in this case.

It should.

Unless you are on something. Even being drunk you would recognize it was affecting you.

Some people. Yet we always somehow have to pay for other people's stupidity. I hate that.

Ha, yeah. Maybe if the city of Philly controlled the weather, he'd have a case.
