......the dude who danced with Florida in the night club, Ben Foster, he would have made a good love interest for Florida. At least better than Carl. They seem more compatible for each other, and he seemed like a humble guy. The writers should have brought him back, but they created the Carl character instead. (The dude who played Ben Foster in this episode, also appeared in the movie "Let's Do It Again" with Jimmie Walker and John Amos. He stood right beside John Amos in the movie, playing one of the henchmen.)

Yeah, I remember Bubba Top. How about that. He winds up dating Kansas City Mack's (James) wife (Florida).

I agree with you. I thought Carl was ugly and arrogant and treated Florida unfairly. I mean what the hell did those two have in common. Florida was a devout Christian, who did not smoke and was not brash, and Mr. Dixon was an arrogant, crude, and an atheist?
