In a rare move, my school gave us the day off today and I spent the morning watching CATM. I haven't had the time to do that in a long time.
I started with the show "Ms. Liz" which was the first one on the tape I happened to pick. It got me in the mood to watch all four of the episodes in which Jeannie Linero guest starred as Liz Garcia: Ms. Liz, The Accident, Cousin Pepe, and The Face Job. I know we have talked about who would have made a great permanant girlfriend/fiance for Chico in the past, but I still think that Jeannie had the comedic timing needed to match wits with Freddie. I wonder sometimes if she wasn't thought about by the producers to be a permanent regular on the show for Freddie. I think Liz and Chico would have made a terrific couple. They certainly were funny together!

I too enjoyed the combination of Liz and Chico together as a couple. Liz's zany wit and Chico's way he reacted to her emotionally really made them a good match. I wonder if they were as close like that outside of the show. As good friends would be?

I enjoyed seeing them together too. The only thing I didn't like was her voice. I could understand that she changed her voice for the performance though.
He was so comical with Liz. |

I have always thought she was the best choice, they probably didn't want him to have a permanent girlfriend but rather be popular with the ladies....a natural role for him"Sigh"
