Question "sensative issue" episode ?

Help solve a 12 year old question. My girlfriend remembers an episode in which an announcment was made that the remainder of the episode contained material of a sensative nature and young children should perhaps leave the room. Her babysitter at the time made her leave the room and she never knew what the show was about. Does any body remember this? Thanx

Hmm..I think there was an episode where Mallory's neighbor tries to fondle her which someone said dealt with child molesting or something. I could be wrong so someone correct me if I am but I seem to remember this mentioned in the forum and I could swear I remember an episode like this myself but it's been so long. If such an episode existed, I would assume that would've been the most controversial episode they ever made and hence the warning for the tots to leave the room. Yep, that would make sense...

Yes, I think there was an episode like that.
I seem to remember an episode where a friend of the family was making a pass at Mallory. That definetely would be a controversial episode!

Well, here in Scandinavia there was never any such announcement - That I am 100% sure of. But it's possible that it was in the original US airings, especially if the announcement wasn't actually a part of the episode (as I believe Swedish TV aired the episodes exactly like NBC's original screenings).

That was episode 12 in the first season; "Give Uncle Arthur A Kiss" (AKA: "Give Your Uncle A Kiss"). I really can't see anything too controversial about that episode, but...

It could have been the episode, Give Uncle Arthur a Kiss, where a close family friend in his late 30's early 40's makes a pass at teenager Mallory. This episode is scheduled to air on Nick at Nite.
