I was walking through the park near my house to go to the petrol station to get the newspaper,and i came across a nice looking car that had its plates removed,all the tyres were flat,there were big sractes across it,and scratched onto the bonnet was "F**k you C.u.n.t.You will pay".
Should i call the police?

no, i'm sure the owner of the car will take care of it. there's no way you can really identify the car to the police without the license plate number anyway.

Update: The car is gone.Got towed away.I have no clue who it belongs to.Hopefully the vandaliser meant "you'll pay" (for the car) not with your life.
