Lost Color Episodes of Tales of Wells Fargo

On Canada's Lonestar network, they've played the hour long color episodes of Wells Fargo from 1961-62. But out of 34 episodes, Lonestar has only grainy looking black & white prints of 12 of them. What happened to these episodes? Do the original color prints still exist? If anybody remembers seeing all 34 hour long episodes in color or has any other info on this topic, please respond.
