Default Anybody got bad habits that can't seem to break?

I just can't stop biting my finger nails. It is a habit I had since I was a kid. Even though I'm a male, and males normally don't worry about their nails, this is a habit I can't stop doing. I tried, I let them grow long, and then I start chewing them off.

Biting my nails is a habit I've had since I was little, because my anxiety is so bad. I bite them so far down that sometimes they get infected. That's why for the past year or so I've had to settle with getting them done with acrylic. They look nice, but don't try and bite the acrylic. My mistake

Caffeine... I'm literally addicted to it. I drink 6-7 cups of coffee a day, plus a few cans of Diet Coke. I REALLY need to cut down, but if I don't get my caffeine intake, I get horrible headaches.

I play with my earrings all the time, and run my fingers through my hair. It's not really a bad habit, I just find myself doing it all the time.

Everybody does that, be it on purpose or accident.

As for me, I suppose the cracking of the knuckles is my #1 habit, though I don't do it all that much.

Last night I did it a few times at my cousins house.....everyone was saying how much it smelled but I wouldn't admit it was me.
