No, they dont get married They get engaged in the last season, but they never get married because Tony goes to Iowa in the final episode, but he comes back

And some fanfics pick up there and say they get married. And some say they break up. It's just all on how you want to look at it.

Tony Danza pushed for an ending where they didn't get married because he wanted the question that was apparent throughout the series to continue in people's mind... Will Tony and Angela ever get married? And as we see... it is still working!

I guess not having them get married worked out. If and when a reunion movie ever happens, a wedding would be the only feasable reason to have one. Had they gotten married, a reunion either would never happen, or just not work.

I disagree... I mean, come on, it's been 13 years. I don't think they would have waited 13 years to get married. I'm thinking, if the reunion happens, it would be Jonathan's wedding or something... Tony and Angela married with another child... Samantha raising her own kids...

They could have broken up. Or they could have never found a time when both Jonathan and Samantha would be able to attend the wedding.

Jonathan getting married.... ha. Not with this president.

I just can't see Tony and Angela doing the Sam and Diane thing. Breaking up and meeting up years later and just deciding to marry. I don't think it'd work. Maybe they were coming together to celebrate a special anniversary... or Sam having a baby... or just, anything but Tony and Angela's wedding 13 years later!
