Is this story ever shown on Lifetime? I watch UM every day but I don't think I have ever seen this one, I've only heard it mentioned here.

They show it, but hardly ever. A few months ago when Lifetime wised up for a short time and started showing the early ones, it was on.

Yeah, I really enjoyed seeing the early ones recently.

There is a book on it called "The Boys On The Tracks" by Mara Levitt I believe which was written with help of Kevin Ives (one of the boys who was murdered) mother. The book is really well written and makes a good case that the Dixie mafia was responsible for the death of the two boys including eyewitnesses who have come forward since the boys death claiming to have seen the slaying - it was all drug-related in case you didn't know the boys apparently stumbled upon a drug ring headed up by Barry Seal who was in the witness protection program - they saw something they shouldn't have and were murdered.

I believe similar fates met both Norman Ladner and Thomas Burkett.
