Post Great news for Will & Grace fans!

from Tvtome.com

February 14, 2005

Word Out Of WB, Set To Be Left Alone

From the Warner Brothers lot, word has come in to leave the set of Will & Grace alone. This is promising news since when a show is usually set to be canceled or ended, work orders are sent in to the crew from management to "decommission." In other words, take apart the set. When both Friends and Frasier were set to end last year, work orders were sent in a good two months in advance. However, since the show has had an unknown future, no advanced plans have been made. So the set being saved shows hope for an 8th season.

Wow that is really cool news. Even though everyone says that they think will and grace should end this season, i wouldn't mind if it came back for an 8th, just as long as they make it better

It could mean that but there is still a chance. NBC at this time is kind of struggling in the ratings and aren't sure what they should pick up or not. They are probably really thinking the Will and Grace decision through. If so I hope a new day and timeslot is on there minds.

Maybe they could compete with That '70s Show on Wendesdays on FOX since that show has already been renewed but I think they should move it to the time that King of Queens airs Wendesdays at 9 PM on CBS? Besides I think with both shows renewed, it would mean bigger competition.

I would say they should compete with That 70's Show, but isn't that right after American Idol. That would be stiff competion. I would say competing with King of Queens would be a could idea, since Will and Grace has always ranked higher than that show.

That's true for some but the thing right now with That '70s Show since last year, this season was rumored to be their final season, the two main guys on the show Ashton Kutcher and Topher Grace were going to leave the show after this season and the whole cast thought it would be good to end the series this season but FOX had recently signed the other cast for another season only without Eric (Topher) and Kelso (Kutcher) would be on the show as cameo appearances.

I hope this helps W&G fanatic. And personally I would really like to go out with Mila Kunis (Jackie Burkhardt) because in real life, she was born 15 days before me! I'm just so happy she dumped that Home Alone dude MaCaully Culkin last year. She should go out with me!

It means going against the King of Queens would be a much better idea. Will and Grace has always ranked above The King of Queens so it is likely going head to head with them, Will and Grace could do much better with no stiff competion.

Well, if W&G faced off with KoQ it would be great because That '70s Show would be a good companion to air at 8 PM wendesdays and Will & Grace is at 9 PM. Also W&G fanatic, T70sS comes on right before American Idol, not after that show. Just a correction there.

Oh, sorry about that. I'm not a fan of the show but I did think it was on after AI. But still that show does have good companions. Most shows that are on before a big show like AI will certainly do really well.

Here's are some factoids. Will & Grace and That '70s Show are taped at the same studio, CBS Studio Center in Studio City, CA. I tried to go to a taping of That '70s Show (which is taped on a Friday but never made it in there. Will & Grace is either taped on Tuesdays or Wendesdays Over there.

Also During the 2002-03 season, the repeats of That '70s Show and Will & Grace were on my local channel 47 CBS weekdays from 4-5 PM. The next season (03-04) W&G moved to UPN from 6-7 PM and T70sS moved to 2:07 AM on CBS 47. Then this season the local WB station picked up That '70s Show airing right after Fear Factor from 7-8 PM and W&G is on UPN at 5 PM and 1 AM. I hope this helps W&G fanatic.

That doesn't really help since syndication episodes don't really mean much. It's the first run episodes on NBC that actually really matter.

Yeah, well I will be attending the season finale in the next few weeks and if I am not sure enough it might possible the series finale of this show. But like I said we can never know for sure if that is really the case just yet.
