Did Larry Hagman wear a hairpiece on Dallas?

I was watching some episodes of Dallas and wondering if Larry Hagman wore a
hairpiece because we notice that in 1986 we went totally gray and that made
him look much older when he returned at the for the 1986-1987 season?

I'm not positive but I think he mentioned wearing one on the Dallas (seasons one and two) dvd commentary. I'll have to listen to it again, since it's been a while. :\
