I voted for Skippy Handelman but I must note you left some big dorks off the list. For example Samuel "Screech" Powers from Saved by the Bell and Arnold Horshack from Welcome Back Kotter come to mind. Also Potsie Webber from Happy Days.

I wouldn't say Hyde is a dork! Hyde's a stoner/music buff/hates all that is dorky kind of guy

Eric Forman and even Fez would make better dorks.
