12-Year-Old Stabs Sister During Fight Over Pot Pie

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- A Michigan boy is being held in a youth home after an argument with his sister over a chicken pot pie turned violent.

An Isabella County prosecutor says the 12-year-old boy is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after stabbing his sister. He says when the 13-year-old girl refused to give up the microwavable pie, her brother drew a nine-inch folding knife. The alleged attack took place Monday at their home in Mount Pleasant. Their mother apparently broke up the fight and called police. Medics treated the girl at the scene for an inch-long forearm gash.

If the sister KNEW that might have happened, she should have given it up or shared some (or the brother should have gotten his own), but still it's no excuse for stabbing someone

That must've been some damn good pot pie. My great-grandmother used to make the best homemade pot pie, then one day I was eating some and noticed she had baked her car keys in the damn pie. That was the last time I ate my great-grandmother's chicken pot pie
