Cool Another TC survey!- EDITED

You guys seemed to like my previous survey, so I decided to make up more in depth questions for you to fill out.....Have fun!!

What TC era do you prefer(the Chrissy years, the Cindy years, or the Terri years?) This doesn't HAVE to reflect which blonde you liked most, but rather, the episodes in that era(unless, of course, you want it to LOL)
I'd have to say I loved the Terri years because a LOT of my favorite episodes came out during that time(besides the ending) and the humor had developed in leaps and bounds. It was more intellectual but still hysterical!

Is there a season you'd like cut out from the series(or would you leave it the way it is, despite flaws?) Nope, none! I'd say Season 5 is my LEAST favorite but I still wouldn't cut it out.

Which moments do you think displayed the best TC friendships/love for each other? Definately "Some of that Jazz". It nearly made me cry when he asked her to dance!

If you could replace the theme song with any other song, which would you choose? None!

For the Janet/Jack lovers- which song best describes them?(you can leave this out if you don't fancy the whole J+J thing) Hm, probably "How Deep is your Love?" by the Bee Gees.

Which of Janet's (clothing, hair) styles do you like best? I LOVED her in the first season with her shorter, poofier hair, knee socks, and bellbottoms. I thought she looked SO cute. I also thought she really looked good in Season 4 with her new pixie hairdo and form fitting clothes!

Which of Jack's styles do you prefer?(guys, you can leave this out if you want to ) I love love loooove him in the first few seasons when he wore his hair slightly shaggier and his bellbottoms were bigger....LOL. For example, the episodes "Roper's Car", "Alone Together", and "Days of Beer and Weeds." WOW! He also looked GREAT in his tight polo shirts around Season 7, I think...there was one episode where he wore a tight black shirt, khaki pants, and a bronze tan that just looked sooo GOOD *growls*

Which of Chrissy's styles did you prefer? I didn't really like her hair or makeup in the later seasons(she looked like a clown!) I thought she looked best in Seasons 1 and 2-- so natural and feminine

Which of Terri's styles did you prefer Anything but the short perm look, I suppose. Terri, to me, was always pretty and her outfits were cute. I thought she looked really pretty in "Charming Stranger" with that pastel purple shirt on and her hair in a ponytail.

(I left Cindy out because I can't recall her looking different...you can add her if you remember anything! I thought she looked pretty all the time, actually!)

In your opinion, when did TC "jump the shark"?(or in what moment did the show go downhill) I thought TC was excellent pretty much up until the ending and I don't necessarily think Cindy RUINED the show(although she's not my favorite blonde, some really good episodes came out during that time!) Honestly, for me, it's either when they made Chrissy REALLY stupid or when Jack got his Bistro. Although he was happy he got his life long wish and there was some good episodes from that time, I didn't prefer the Bistro over the Reagal Beagle(which basically disappeared after he got it). Does anyone else notice that the character of Jack got kinda cranky when he first got it?

What would you say is the most touching TC moment(besides the obvious ending, of course) I'd say when Mrs. Roper said, "If I had son, I'd want him to be just like Jack." That really made me sad for some reason. Another, of course, is the dance at the end of "Some of That Jazz".

Ok, list each MAIN character from TC and tell me your favorite, most FUNNY moments from each of them. You can leave your least fav. character out if you'd like

Mrs. Roper- I loved whenever she laughed- ex- The Love Diary when Stanley tells her Chrissy is in love with him....LOL, or whenever she got excited when she thought Stanley was gonna "give in" to her.

Mr. Roper- I thought he was HYSTERICAL in the Love Diary when he was winking, smiling, and brushing against Chrissy....hahaaha, or whenever he did his Tinkerbell thing. Another moment I can recall is from Jack the Giant Killer :

Mrs. R: " Stanley, wouldn't you like me coming to bed in this?" *points to lingerie in a catalogue*
Mr. R: *looking at a completely different page* "A golf cart?"
LMAO!!!! Whenever he says that, I am on the floor.

Jack- God, there are sooo many Jack moments. I'd have to say anything where he's drunk. And, of course, the Up in The Air sequence ( I especially love when he grabs Janet and the old lady and starts strutting away with the old lady.....hahahaahaha). I also love how he was trying to be all macho in "Macho Man". Sooo hysterical! Anyway...too many to mention here!

Janet- Not a moment per se, but I always loved it when she said, :You know", referring to sex....I think it was when she and Chrissy were celebrating her party in "Roper's Niece"...her face looked so cute! With Janet, it was more of the WAY she said things that made it so funny. I love when she gets mad at Jack

Chrissy- Chrissy was sooo funny in "Coffee, Tea, or Jack"....it was the first time I've ever seen her play up her sexiness(in a goofy way)...I loved her "hi" whisper and her wink...LMAO.

Terri- The one moment that sticks out in my mind is when she grabbed the check and ran out, saying, "Got it!" in "Out on a Limb"....I like when she's silly I loved her when she was being sarcastic with Larry and Jack

Mr. Furley- Haahaaha, when he was "exercising" in "Janet Shapes Up" He was also hysterical in "Macho Man"-- "HURRY UP!" LMAO

Larry- definately his whole stripping schtick in "Eleanor Returns"...."Girnonimo!!" LMAO Also, in the "Older Woman"....Larry rocks!

Ok, last question- detail how you would've liked the ending to go! Be creative, be honest...whatever! No one will slam you for your ideas!

Ok, this is how I picture MY perfect ending. First of all- Let's imagine Vicky never came in to the picture. I don't like her and never have- the girl had NO personality! As idealistic as this MAY seem to some, Janet and Jack fared better than Jack and Vicky. Plus, wouldn't it have been GREAT for that tension between them to just come to a head at the ending?! Lots of people have been wondering, "Will they or won't they?" for 8 seasons and it would've been great if the last few episodes somehow brought them closer together and realized they were more than friends(and it could've turned in to a GREAT spinoff if they chose to do a show on the marriage of Janet and Jack...they had excellent chemistry!) Maybe they could've had Jack PLANNING to run off with someone, to move out somehow....until Janet realizes that she has feelings for him and always has(and doesn't want him to leave). I would've rather have had Terri marry someone outside the apartment rather than Janet(because, until then, she didn't date all that often! It didn't make sense!) and then Terri could've stayed in California!(haahaha, could you just imagine if Terry and Larry would've married?! LOL) Well, there's my happy, idealistic and sappy ending

Cool!!!!!! Surveys!!!

What TC era do you prefer(the Chrissy years, the Cindy years, or the Terri years?) This doesn't HAVE to reflect which blonde you liked most, but rather, the episodes in that era(unless, of course, you want it to LOL)
The Terri years! There were so many TC episodes that were adventerous (i.e. The Charming Stranger, the one where Jack & Janet think Terri's dating a serial killer, etc) that had so much fun and energy. And of course "Up in the Air" is just pure classic!

Is there a season you'd like cut out from the series(or would you leave it the way it is, despite flaws?)
Not sure. They're all just hilarious!

Which moments do you think displayed the best TC friendships/love for each other?
"All of That Jazz" was just pure sweetness and classic.

If you could replace the theme song with any other song, which would you choose?
Good question! I have no answer, unfortunately.

For the Janet/Jack lovers- which song best describes them?(you can leave this out if you don't fancy the whole J+J thing)
Not sure.

Which of Janet's (clothing, hair) styles do you like best?
Her first season look she had awesome hairstyle. I'm not too crazy about her short hair. It makes her look much, much older than her character.

Which of Jack's styles do you prefer?(guys, you can leave this out if you want to )
His first season haircut!! It was a bit messy but cute.

Which of Chrissy's styles did you prefer?
The first season, again. Her pigtail style was my least fave.

Which of Terri's styles did you prefer
The perm was cute!

Cindy's hairstyle preference?(I left Cindy out because I can't recall her looking different...you can add her if you remember anything!)
She did have a bit of a change in one episode. I think it was the one where she runs errands for her boss. I can't describe the style, but the ends were curled in or something. That was my fave!

In your opinion, when did TC "jump the shark"?(or in what moment did the show go downhill)
The last episodes with everything going their own way - Jack meeting Vicky and Janet marrying Phillip. It was like their friendship was disentegrating.

Ok, last question- detail how you would've liked the ending to go! Be creative, be honest...whatever! No one will slam you for your ideas!
I don't know.

Awww, thanks for filling it out I agree with you- the short hair on Janet did make her look older(CUTE but older).....I just love her early haircut for some reason It really accentuated her beautiful eyes

I'll post my answers in a little while. For now, I'll say I like Janet's hair best around the time of the Christmas episode. Full and wavy.

[B]12-Ok, last question- detail how you would've liked the ending to go! Be creative, be honest...whatever!
1. I prefer the Chrissy years, probably because that's how I was used to the show- with Chrissy.
2. Keep all the seasons- we need all the episodes we can get.
3. I agree, "All That Jazz." But many early episodes, too, like when Jack takes the blame at Janet's flower shop we she forgot to send an order.
4. Same theme song.
5. ?
6. Pretty much any clothing (even just a towel ), I like her hair from seasons 1-3 best (see photo).
7. ?
8. The first season.
9. Yeah, the perm.
10. ?
11. Well, it took time to recover after Chrissy left. Other than that, about halfway through the last season, after about episode 155.
12. Jack and Janet get married, of course. But they still live in apartment 201! No moving out.

What TC era do you prefer(the Chrissy years, the Cindy years, or the Terri years?) This doesn't HAVE to reflect which blonde you liked most, but rather, the episodes in that era(unless, of course, you want it to LOL)
I LOVE LOVE LOVE season 6, it's my favorite, about 75% of my favorite episodes are from that season

Is there a season you'd like cut out from the series(or would you leave it the way it is, despite flaws?)
i don't like season 2 or 3 that much, it's funny and everything but the show's just getting started and it's not at it's peak yet lol

Which moments do you think displayed the best TC friendships/love for each other?
"Some of that Jazz" omg that was sooooo sweet and i'd have to say the last couple episodes, you can tell that they really cared for each other

If you could replace the theme song with any other song, which would you choose?
I have no clue, I like it just the way it is

For the Janet/Jack lovers- which song best describes them?(you can leave this out if you don't fancy the whole J+J thing)
hmmm probably "Heaven" by Bryan Adams I LOVE that song or umm "Never Had a Dream Come True" by S Club 7 OR this is my favorite song in the whole world "From This Moment On" by Shania Twain

Which of Janet's (clothing, hair) styles do you like best?
I thought she looked so cute in the first season and i also liked her hair longer in the seventh season

Which of Jack's styles do you prefer?(guys, you can leave this out if you want to)
I LOVED his hair when it was all puffy like in "Jack the Ripper", so probably season four would be my favorite style for him

Which of Chrissy's styles did you prefer?
I liked mostly the second season for Chrissy like what retrogirl82 said in the episode "Alone Together", she looked nice

Which of Terri's styles did you prefer
omg I LOVE Terri's hair styles, she always looked nice, but i really liked it when it was curly and pulled up on both sides like in season 6, also i like how it looked in "Doctor in the House", but i hated her hair in "Itching for Trouble" omg what was she thinking

In your opinion, when did TC "jump the shark"?(or in what moment did the show go downhill)
I think at the end with Philip and Vicky (yuck)

What would you say is the most touching TC moment(besides the obvious ending, of course)
"Some of That Jazz" of course and omg i loved the end of "Star Struck" oh ya and at the end of "Jack Bares All (Part 2)" how can i forget that lol

Ok, list each MAIN character from TC and tell me your favorite, most FUNNY moments from each of them. You can leave your least fav. character out if you'd like

ok this could take a while

Mrs. Roper- It's funny when she laughs lol

Mr. Roper- hmm i know there are a couple i like but i can't remember any at the moment but i will evetually

Jack- OMG way too many, lol i loved when he played drunk lol that is HILARIOUS like in "Larry's Bride" and "Up in the Air", anytime he played drunk was a classic I also loved "Jack the Ripper" and "Double Trouble", o ya and "Jack's Tattoo" (i keep thinking of more as i'm doing the rest of the survey lol)

Janet- hmm so many lol "A Night not to Remember" was a good one, and she was funny in "Breaking Up is Hard To Do" too, umm geez there are way too many to mention.

Chrissy- I think she was so funny in "The Root of All Evil" with the giraffe LOL

Terri- again way too many, lol she was great in "Hair Today Gone Tomorrow" when Jack says "Terri what am I going to do with you" and she says "Anything you want" she had sooo many good one-liners, like in "Navy Blues" when her and Janet are carrying the coffee machine (or whatever it is lol) and Jack says "Well where do you think i should put it" and she says "You don't wanna know" She was funny in "Diamond Jack" too, oh and "Out on a limb"

Mr. Furley- "The New Landlord" was funny for him and also "Jack the Ripper", but i LOVED in "Look What i Found" when he was talking to the kitten about his old cat that got hit by a car, that was soo sad

Larry- "Urban Plowboy" was funny with Larry and "The Impossible Dream" was a good one too.

Ok, last question- detail how you would've liked the ending to go! Be creative, be honest...whatever! No one will slam you for your ideas!
Well to begin with get rid of Philip and Vicky (yuck again ) and have Jack and Janet get married of couse, and have Terri get married to someone out of the show, or at least have a better ending. Terri marry Larry, now that would be a funny ending Someone should have married someone from the show, lol even if it would have been Larry and Terri

What TC era do you prefer(the Chrissy years, the Cindy years, or the Terri years?) This doesn't HAVE to reflect which blonde you liked most, but rather, the episodes in that era(unless, of course, you want it to LOL) I liked the Terri years best. Those were the best Jack episodes ever!

Is there a season you'd like cut out from the series(or would you leave it the way it is, despite flaws?) Although some of them had flaws, there's really not any season I'd get rid of.

Which moments do you think displayed the best TC friendships/love for each other? Definately "Some of that Jazz", "Friends and Lovers:Part1", and "Roper's Niece." All those J&J moments made me cry!

If you could replace the theme song with any other song, which would you choose? Love it the way it is!

For the Janet/Jack lovers- which song best describes them?(you can leave this out if you don't fancy the whole J+J thing) Evergreen! That's the song that Jack asked Janet to dance to in "Some of that Jazz."

Which of Janet's (clothing, hair) styles do you like best? I liked her hair in the 2nd season when it was short and curly! Those night shirts with her name on the back were AWESOME!

Which of Jack's styles do you prefer?(guys, you can leave this out if you want to ) I LOVE him in the cardboard box in the episode where they play strip poker! I could see more chest hair!! *growls*

Which of Chrissy's styles did you prefer?I like her side ponytail and daisy duke shorts!

Which of Terri's styles did you prefer? I liked her hair when she first joined the cast.

(I left Cindy out because I can't recall her looking different...you can add her if you remember anything!)

In your opinion, when did TC "jump the shark"?(or in what moment did the show go downhill) I thought TC was excellent, but Lana & Cindy caused ratings to drop somewhat.

What would you say is the most touching TC moment(besides the obvious ending, of course) I'd say "Some of that Jazz" and "Roper's Niece."

Ok listeach MAIN character from TC and tell me your favorite, most FUNNY moments from each of them. You can leave your least fav. character out if you'd like

Mrs. Roper-When Roper said "No more parties!" and she says "Is that your final word?" he says "Yes!" and she says "Good. We won't be hearing any more from you."

Mr. Roper- I like his "tinkerbell" impressions!

Jack- OMG! There are so many! I love it when he says "Hurt me!" My favorite moment was in "Jack's Tattoo" when he put the moves on Janet! LOL!

Janet- In "Chrissy Date" when she said all men should wear a wedding ring through their nose! LOL!

Chrissy- I can't remeber the episode, but it's when she reads the obituaries and says "It's happening again! Every time I read these people die in alphabetical order! LOL!

Terri- I like it when Jack says "Blondes do have more fun" and she says "then why do I get stuck with you?"

Mr. Furley- When he was "exercising" in "Janet Shapes Up"

Larry- When he plays Mrs. Furley! LAMO!

Ok last question- detail how you would've liked the ending to go! Be creative, be honest...whatever! No one will slam you for your ideas!

Jack tells Janet that he can't live without her and asks her to marry him. She says yes & they get married & live in the apartment above his Bistro. Larry and Terri also get married & live in apartment 201. That would be AWESOME!!

WHOO-HOO!! Another Survey!! Thanks Kristel!!

What TC era do you prefer (The Chrissy years, the Cindy years, or the Terri years)? : I would have to say the Chrissy years. I like the years when they're all young, like they're a bunch of high school kids. From the Chrissy era, I like the first and second seasons.

Is there a season you'd like cut out from the series? : I'm not really sure. There are some episodes from the 5th season I didn't really like, and the rest of the series I really enjoyed. But there aren't really any I would take out.

Which moment do you think displayed the best TC friendships/love for each other? : Good question!! There are so many. I really like how sweet Jack is to the girls. Every hug, every kiss, every 'I Love You' I think is very loving and sincere. I really like "Some Of That Jazz", another great JJ moment. I also like "Star Struck", and I love the part when Jack gives Terri the rose and then she starts crying and they both hug. Another Jack and Terri moment I like is in "Jack Bares All, Part 2" when Jack apologizes to Terri. That was really sweet! Another one I really like, is in "Cupid Works Overtime". I know, I know, everyone here hates that episode, but I only like the part when Janet tells Jack that she's moving out to live with future loser husband, Phillip-what a quack! John and Joyce were very genuine in that part of the episode, even though i wish those two could have ended up together. That was so funny when Jack stared crying and he was trying to hold it back!! I know a lot of people might hate me for liking that episode and I'm sorry.

If you could replace the theme song with any other song, which would you choose? : I would keep this theme song.

For the Janet/Jack lovers-which song best describes them? : Oh gosh, I dunno. Hey, maybe 'True' from Ryan Cabrera.

Which of Janet's style do you like best? : I like the first and second season looks, I kinda like the first season haircut.

Which of Jack's styles do you prefer? : I'm totally in loooooove with the first two season looks!! I love the long hair, it makes me want to run my fingers through it!! I also like his style in clothes better too.And I fall even more head over heels when he wears tight polo shirts like in season 5! I'm in love!!!!!

Which of Chrissy's styles did you prefer? : Well, again, the first two seasons. Those two seasons are my favorites, so I'm sorry that I keep answering that!!

Which of Terri's styles did you prefer? : I like her style in her first season. But PB looks great through out all of her seasons!

What would you say is the most touching TC moment? : All of the episode I answered in question 3 and the last two when they all said good-bye. I havent seen every episode yet, ive only seen a about 70% out of 100%, so the ones I said are the ones I know for now. But I'll just go on everyone's word that their answers are great moments!

List each MAIN character from TC and tell me your favorite, most FUNNY moments from each of them:
Jack: Where do I begin?!? Any episode where he uses his physical comedy, or like retrogirl said, when Jack gets drunk!! And when he is very loving to the girls.
Janet: I like how Janet was very calm, but also crazy when the time came around. She was a lovely character and I thought Joyce did an excellent job!! I thought Janet was really funny in "The Case Of The Missing Blonde", "Up In The Air", and "A Night Not To Remember"
Chrissy: Any of her dumb-blonde jokes I thought were great!! They should have said something about Chrissy leaving instead of just pretending she was never there. I know it was hard for John and Joyce, but it would have made more sense because Chrissy was everyone's favorite.
Terri: I love everything about Terri and PB!! PB was GREAT playing Terri and she really picked up the show in front of the camera and behind.
Ropers: Wow, there's a lot. I like how Helen was always asking for one fun night in bed with Stanley. I LOVED the episode "Strange Bedfellows"!!! The Ropers were sooo funny in that one!!
RF: I could go on and on and on with Mr. Furley!!! Every episode he was in, he made it funny!!! And I would fall on the floor laughing from him!!
Larry: Larry was hilarious in the episode where he sings at Jack's Bistro!!! I forgot what the episode was called, but that one is one of my most favorites!!

Detail how you would've liked the ending to go! : Oh boy. Well I think Jack and Janet would have gotten married and stayed in the apartment. Terri would have found a hot, young guy and they would move into an apartment right next to Jack and Janet. As for Larry.....I have no clue, you never know when it comes to Larry!! Jack and Janet would have three kids; two boys and a girl ( I dont know what they would name them). I'm not sure about the landlords, someone else can come up with them.)
Last and definitely least, Phillip and Icky would get together and buy a trailer next to the city dump with 14 cats and nothing but beanie-weenies and brown chuncky water. Then while taking a drive they run off a cliff and crash and burn and we never have to see their faces again!! That was for all the Phillip and Icky haters who are reading this!!

That was fun!! Thanks Kristel, sorry if there were any that I couldnt answer
