im thinking the person who started that found celebs that are listed in phonebooks or on whitepages.com, or w/e and think they could make some money off it bcuz other ppl wont think to look them up.

o wait, the celebs call u? k ya its def. someone impersonating them, i mean look at that site it doesnt look legit.
