let me rephrase my original message. does alex's little brother say "alex is keen" or say "alex is king". this is a running debate! help

Heh heh, funny.

As far as I know he says "Alex is KING". I don't see any reason why he would say "keen", seeing how Alex enjoys power and would like being called "King".

But if I ever get ahold of a tv with closed captioning I'll play that episode to see.

I remember reading in TV Guide back in the 80s, probably in its cover profile of Brian Bonsall (Andy), that the line was "Alex is King!". I don't recall seeing the episode myself, or remembering this line, so I can only answer from what I read about this.
