OK so-- the last season was all part of her book- Dan Died- Becky really was married to David and Darlene was really married to Mark? so what does that mean for the previous seasons when Becky was being grounded for going out with mark? Like how was that turned? I dont undersatnd--also- If Jackie was the lesbian and not her mom Bev then Jackie had the baby or not? or realized she was gay after?
HELP!!!!!!!!! this has been driving me nuts ~~

I don't think anyone can actually explain it. Probably the only person who could really really explain it would be Roseanne herself!

What I really got from the whole episode was that Becky and Mark were really an idem but she reversed it in her book. As for Jackie, the woman who plays her is really a lesbian so Rosanne made her straight in her book and her mother was the "submissive...old-fashioned" woman from back in the day so in her book she decided to change her and make her lesbian because a woman from that era (Bev), being a lesbian or one that came out of the closet would be considered radical. I don't know that this is what Rosanne meant it to be but this is just my perception of that episode. Hope this helps.
