The car turned into the boy's apartment complex and struck two parked cars, then backed up and struck Osga's police car.

Well hell, you have to get your cartoon fix somewhere! Nick jr doesn't show cartoons at 1:30 in the morning. He probably just needed a Rugrats fix.

If all the doors would be locked then no kid could get out and do this and/or wander out in the night. I've heard so many stories about young kids wandering outside during the night; some during the wintertime too and these situations shouldn't be happening.

who says the door wasn't locked? if he's smart enough to drive a car to the store and back, i'm sure he can unlock a door.

I'm thinking it's fake too. Unless that car is an old relic that kid would have had to press on the brake before it would come out of gear.
