Does anyone know the name of the school in the begining of the show? I am from Brooklyn NY and it has said to have been the school my family and I went to New Utrech High School in Brooklyn...true or false?

That was James Buchanon High School.

Buchanan was mentioned in an episode of Head of The Class. I think it was one of the first episodes of the show. Samuels mentioned the school when he was talking about the honors class competing in a match.

I almost fell off my chair when I heard that.
