Default Chris and Meg

Is Chris coming back? Even though he was the "rebel" and the "bad boy" I liked his character, I hope he comes back. By the way, does anyone know the name of the song (and the name of the artist) that came on the "Truth Be Told" episode, playing while Meg and Chris were "going all the way" at Roxanne's apartment. A few of the lyrics are:

"You've been a long time comin, but darlin, welcome home"
"So many nights I've called your name"

Cool

I hope Chris stays away. I think Meg is better off without him.Its great not to see him around in my opinion so I really hope he doesn't return.American Dreams doesn't need Chris in my opinion.Mel

I can't tell you the name of the song your looking for, but I have to agree with you, I found myself hoping Chris would straighten up a bit so he and Meg would have a furture. I kind of like the idea of them together. I havent' heard if he'll be coming back in the remaing few episodes or not. Meg doesnt sound to be quite over him though based on her conversation with JJ in the last episode so maybe.

the song is "you've been a long time comin" by Marvin Gaye... I think American Dreams used it in the first season as well.

Thanks for the name of the song, I really appreciate it! I know that the second episode after this next one is called "California Dreamin'" so maybe Meg will join him or something, who knows.

Anything is possible. I heard the next few episodes were titled "Commencement", "California Dreamin" and "Escape to LA". Who knows if that is for sure or if it will be changed by the time they are supposed to air. But I'm excited to see what happens.

WOW, I hadn't heard that. I kind of wondered if something like that might happen because he's been so opposed to the war. But I wasn't sure if they were writing him out already or not. Now I'm really excited for the show to start again, thanks for the info!

I'm excited about the show starting too! Maybe since he's being drafted they will get back together because of the romance of war (you understand what I'm talking about ) Well have to see! Paris Hilton is going to be on the second episode coming up, playing Jeannie in I dream of jeannie.

Talking

Yes I do know what you mean and it wouldn't surprise me if thats the way it happens. It would definatly be ironic with all of the protesting they've done but, It would put kind of a romantic spin on things for Meg. Especially if the series is over and they have to put a finish on things. I read that Chris's character generated a lot of responce, not all positive, but responce either way. He's one of those characters that you can't help but like in some way. I know a lot of people on this site hate his character but I like him. All of the people on AD are honest and play by the rules, which is part of why you like all of them so much but... you have to have that one rebel in every show. I read that about Paris Hilton, but I thought it was a joke. I guess she's trying to get into acting. Well, she usually gets a lot of people looking and watching, maybe that will help ratings.
