Passions screws itself in Emmys
WTF is all I have to say. If you've ever wondered why Passions never gets any acting nominations, here's the reason: everybody on the series votes in each of the main categories to nominate two people from it's cast, then sends the tapes of those two people to the emmys for considerating. This is where I'm getting really angry.
Who did Passions nominate? Lead Actress: MacKenzie Westmore (Sheridan) Juliet Mills (Tabitha) Lead Actor: Galen Gering (Luis) Ben Masters (Julian) Supporting Actress: Eva Tamargo (Pilar) Brook Kerr (Whitney) Supporting Actor: David Baily (Alaister) Eric Martsolf (Ethan) Younger Actress: Kay & Jessica Where the hell is Liza Huber (Gwen)? Tracey Ross (Eve)? Lindsey Korman (Teresa)? The guy who plays Fox? Especially Liza Huber? They consider the ones who play Kay and Jessica to be the series best younger actors?!? Jessica is a walking commercial, for gods sakes. Huber got snubbed last year, and this year again, and its all the casts fault! |
