I'm looking for an episode from Season 1 where Gilligan drinks the Professor's potion to make him glow in the dark. I believe the last scene is where Gilligan is holding a blanket and twirling round and round on top of a watch-tower, glowing in the dark. Can someone help me find which one that is?

It's a screenshot, of the last few seconds of "Physical Fatness". I wonder what they did to make him glow like that.

They used a negative shot of him!

They've painted objects to allow for the negative filming.

They only filmed Bob Denver alone as negative and the rest filmed in regular film was added around Bob. Sort of like they do when they film a double episode and super impose the shots.

I still believe the whole scene has been filmed in negative but who cares really, it's a clever effect for those days and for the style of show.
